Our network backbone

Built from the ground up

High Tide Group operates its own Autonomous System (AS211501) — a unique network identity used by major carriers and ISPs worldwide. This enables us to route internet traffic through the most efficient paths, maintain full control over reliability and resilience, and peer with major carriers for improved performance.

Our network is distributed across nine UK data centres, giving us high availability, geographic redundancy, multiple transit and peering options, and fast access to cloud providers and carriers. If part of the internet has an issue, our network automatically routes around it — keeping your business online.

Real engineering experience

Before High Tide Group, our team worked across large multinational organisations, complex mergers and acquisitions integrating thousands of users, enterprise network redesigns, security-led projects in regulated industries, and industrial environments where resilience is critical.

This experience means we can handle environments that go well beyond typical IT support. We understand the challenges of scaling, securing and restructuring organisations because we've done it — at some of the largest companies in the world.

Why multiple data centres matter for your business

If part of the internet has an issue — a fibre cut, a power failure, a DDoS attack — our network automatically routes traffic around it using the other available paths.
